The Manhattan Sinfonietta presents Martin Matalon's Metropolis
Friday, September 19, 2008
New World Stages, New York City

The US premiere of Martin Matalon’s score to Fritz Lang’s Metropolis,
featuring 16 members of the Manhattan Sinfonietta under the baton of
conductor and music director Jeffrey Milarsky,
with live electronics and concurrent projection of the classic film.


On stage pre-concert talk with guest composer Martin Matalon at 7:00pm.
Concert at 8:00pm.
Reception to follow (cash bar). 

Tickets: Regular: $20, Students* with valid ID card: $10
(a $1.50 facilities fee is included in all ticket prices)
